Special VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packing machine with vacuum carousel unit, suitable to produce small brick vacuumed bags, with weights up to 1kg. VAI developed this solution to increase the product shelf life, while ensuring the package quality, while at the same time having full format flexibility in an very compact solution. The system is flexible enough to have one or more dosing/weighing system installed, depending on the product characteristics. We can add several additional devices to obtain one or more of the following package configuration:

• Pillow
• Lateral gussets
• Square bottom
• 4 corner seal (Stabilo pack)
• Thermal transfer printing on plastic film
• With automatic top folding
